The 3-Bay Shed

When KCDC chose to vacate the site completely, the opportunity to takeover the adjacent 3 bay concrete tractor shed was pursued and our lease renegotiated to include this extra space. Like the other building, there was considerable cleanup required plus putting our own ideas into action.

Our planning included a large verandah with clear roofing and a concrete floor, so more work was required
